If you already have a Valid Canada Visa, the total package is N1,100,000
Registration Requirements:
Interested delegates are required to provide:
1) Data page of international passportm
2) Copy of their CV with Academic and Work experience details
3) The Expo Registration, Pre-paid Tour Ticket, Reservation and CV Service fees of N300,000
The registration/reservation is done on first come, first served basis. However, reservation/registration fee must be received on or before Monday, 29th July, 2024, to facilitate Visa processing if necessary. There will be no further extensions.
Conference registration fees, Tour Ticket fees shall be deducted from the total package cost, the balance is what is payable after Visa has been approved.
Visa Requirements:
Visa processing services will be provided after the conference registration has been completed.
Visa information and service is only available to delegates who register for the conference on or before the registration deadline.
Kindly note the following new Compulsory Visa requirements:
Proof of funds: Bank statement of 6 months with minimum balance of N6 Million Naira
Home Ties: Proof of any two the following: High paying job, Business with high turn over, Asset such as Landed property and Investment, Family ties such as Spouse and Children.
Travel experience is no longer listed as a compulsory requirement but it is an added advantage
All visa applications will be submitted online. Digital copies of required documents will be requested later with the online biometrics data/visa fee of 140 USDollar. If you have done data capture within the past 10 years, the fee is 100USDollar. Note that this fee is NOT included in the total package quoted above
Applicants are now given a period of 30 days to complete their biometric data capture.
Duration of Visa may depend on the expiry date of the passport and the maximum duration is 10 years.
OTHER TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Conference registration fee and reservation fee is NOT refundable under any circumstances.
Conference registration fee payment details will only be provided to interested delegates, who have provided the other registration documents as stated above.
