AKWA IBOM STARS OF THE MONTH: William Paul Troost-Ekong and Ini Edo

William Paul Troost-Ekong, MON (born 1 September 1993) is a professional footballer who plays as a centre-back for Super League Greece club PAOK and captains the Nigeria national team.

William Troost-Ekong's father is a Nigerian from Etinan in Akwa Ibom State, while his mother, Eleanore Troost, is Dutch. The defender has two siblings, Emily and Everest.




Iniobong Edo is one of the most beautiful and celebrated Nollywood divas known for her outstanding roles as a highly gifted actress since she started her illustrious career in 2000. She has featured in more than 200 movies.

About Akwa Ibom State
